As I Begin to Cry (6 Phases)

 


Phase One:  Think of something sad.



Phase Two:  Exhale deeply and put pressure behind the eyes.



Phase Three:  Make the eyes soggy.  No Tears > No Fears.



Phase Four:  Struggle to swallow, drastic alteration of the breath.




Phase Five:  Still sad but tired of crying, tear fatigue.




Phase Six:  Will I ever be happy again?
